Before you get in touch

Is Souper Troopers a shelter?

No. Souper Troopers is not a shelter and The Humanity Hub is not an overnight facility. The Hub is a day-time base in Woodstock, Cape Town, where people experiencing homelessness meet social workers, share a meal, take part in skills training, and get help replacing identity documents and finding work.

Can I visit The Humanity Hub without an appointment?

No - visits are by appointment rather than drop-in, and Moeshfieqah sets those up. Email us with a rough idea of when suits you and what you would like to see, and she will arrange a time.

Does Souper Troopers have a phone number?

There is no direct line for calls. Email is the main way to reach the team, and it is read every working day; you can also send a WhatsApp message to 067 872 1593.

Where do I drop off donated goods?

At The Humanity Hub, 66 Newmarket Street, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7925. Email first to arrange a time, so somebody is expecting you and free to help you unload.
