African Worry Dolls

Each doll is made by members of the Souper Squad, a group of formerly homeless individuals employed through Souper Troopers' job creation and psychosocial support programme, which began as a small workshop in 2022.

The dolls are meant to be whispered to and tucked under a pillow to carry away worries, and every purchase supports the makers' path toward stable housing, employment, and reconnecting with family.
